“The domestic flight from Abuja was smooth until the plane got to the Lagos airport airspace. The cabin crew had just announced preparations for initial descent when there was a loud bang. The passengers looked at one another, wondering what the problem was. There was no announcement from the captain or the crew.
Almost immediately, the aircraft started wobbling and losing height; the flight deck still kept mum. This was very unusual because the captain would usually assure the passengers not to worry when the plane was going through turbulent weather. There was chaos in the cabin. Passengers were calling on their God to save them, some speaking in tongues and rebuking all the plans of the devil for untimely death.”
